We are seeking a Cardiology Physician Assistant for a 100-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon beginning Mar 2, 2026. This opportunity features a Monday through Friday schedule, 8 am to 5 pm, offering a structured workweek in an established cardiology setting. Candidates must have current Oregon licensure and the required certifications. Job Details - Location: Oregon - Start Date: Mar 2, 2026 - LOA: 100 days - Provider Type Needed: Cardiology Physician Assistant - Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday Responsibilities and Duties - Provide patient care and support in a cardiology practice - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members on cardiology cases - Perform patient assessments, history taking, and cardiovascular examinations - Order and interpret diagnostic tests related to cardiology - Develop and implement patient care plans for cardiology patients - Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately - Ensure compliance with best practices and facility protocols Additional Information - Must hold active Oregon Physician Assistant licensure - Required board certification in Cardiology - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and DEA certification required - Prior experience in a cardiology setting preferred Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
