and mobility Monitor patient progress and report changes to the

documentation of patient sessions and progress Collaborate with
healthcare teams to ensure coordinated care Support discharge
planning and facilitate continuity of care as needed
Qualifications: Completion of accredited PTA program Completion of
National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE) VA PTA
licensure/certification First Aid Certifications (BLS) strongly
recommended Job details: Pay: $1,557.49 - $1,605.66 / week
