Reason for Need: Phlebotomist/Field Laboratory Representative
(performing blood draws through venipuncture and observed urine
drug screen collections for both male and female patients) Gender
Requirement: Must be female (must be comfortable observing urine
collections in the bathroom with both male and female patients)
Dress Code: Solid color scrubs and closed-toe shoes Assignment
Duration: Temp, Ongoing (Indefinite) Pay Rate: Up to $17.70 per
hour Compliance Requirement: Must provide phlebotomy certificate or
certification Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
(8:00am-4:00pm) - 24 hours per week Worksite Location (Address,

37087 DESCRIPTION: As a Phlebotomist/Specimen Collector, you will
be a critical part of the quantitative drug testing analysis
performed by our client. You will be responsible for efficiently
and safely obtaining urine samples from patients for the purpose of
laboratory testing. In this role you will be required to conduct
observed and/or supervised specimen collections. Observed
Collections are those requiring observation of patient providing
sample either by direct vision, through a mirror, or through a
camera. Supervised collects are those requiring supervision of
patient providing sample by being in the same vicinity as the
