Job Overview The Program Manager is an individual contributor role,
based in the Strategic Operations group, that supports leaders in
USPs science division to plan, coordinate, and ensure completion of
projects and standards on time within budget and within scope.
Working in a global, matrix environment, the role will actively
collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across divisions to
support process improvement efforts combined with data analytics
and data visualization. In this role the incumbent will balance
routine project management work with cross-functional business
process development and new capability building responsibilities.

Additionally, USPs People and Culture division, in partnership with
the Equity Office, invests in leadership and workforce development
to equip all employees with the skills to create high-performing,

practices and tools to promote engaged, collaborative, and
results-driven work environments. The Program Manager has the
following responsibilities: Lead/manage cross-functional teams,
including improvement initiatives, to implement new capabilities
and align and/or improve divisional processes. Provide project
updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about
progress, risks, and issues. Apply various project management best
practices, as needed, to drive project teams toward successful
outcomes. Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams
to translate and align requirements. Assist in the elaboration,
review, and testing of user stories to support the development
platform for Documentary Standards. Develop and maintain Tableau
Dashboards and visualizations, transforming business requirements
into actionable data insights. Assist in extracting, transforming,
and loading of data to support data visualization development. Who
is USP Looking For? The successful candidate will have a
demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence
through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to
quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the
following competencies and experience: Bachelors or Masters degree
in a science-based discipline, information technology-based
discipline, or relevant field. Five (5) years of relevant
experience in the life science, healthcare, or information
technology industry. Five (5) years of experience managing multiple
projects. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional project
teams with successful outcomes. Able to effectively prioritize and
efficiently manage multiple concurrent projects. Ability to build
effective work relationships and collaborate across multiple teams.
Experienced working in multiple project management methodologies
with flexibility to adapt to business needs. Demonstrated ability
to distill project information and complexities into actions and
meaningful outcomes. Comfortable with data ETL processes.
Experience in creating data visualizations to provide data
insights. High learning agility to quickly absorb and apply
business acumen. Additional Desired Preferences Experience in
creating data visualizations preferred. Supervisory
Responsibilities None, this is an individual contributor role.

protected. Compensation Base Salary Range: USD $85,200.00
$108,400.00 annually. Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level
of role. Individual compensation packages are based on various
factors unique to each candidates skill set, experience,
qualifications, equity, and other job-related reasons. Note: USP
