This Cardiac Cath Lab / Cardiology Tech opportunity offers an increased rate , hands-on involvement in advanced cardiac procedures, and a dynamic schedule that keeps every day interesting. ? Schedule & Details Shift: Days Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM Schedule: 4x10s (day off varies) On-Call: Required Guaranteed Hours: Yes What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work side-by-side with cardiologists on a wide range of diagnostic and interventional procedures , including: Left & Right Heart Caths PCI IABP insertion Impella (preferred) Pericardiocentesis Swan-Ganz insertion Stress testing & Nuclear Stress Testing Implantable LOOP recorder procedures You’ll rotate through: Cath Lab Stress Lab Nuclear Stress Lab And function in multiple roles: Radiology Technologist Documenter Stress Lab Assistant Nuclear Stress Lab Assistant ? What We’re Looking For ARRT(R) required Active Maryland Radiologic Technologist license OR RCIS accepted in lieu of MD license & ARRT BLS & ACLS (current) Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab experience Strong experience with pacemakers & peripheral procedures (preferred) Impella & IABP experience strongly preferred Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
