Job Description:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist at Sherwin-Williams,
you will be an essential member of our team, directly influencing
customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service
in both English and Spanish. You will employ your expertise in our
products to assist a diverse range of customers, from homeowners to
professional painters, ensuring they receive tailored solutions and
advice for their painting projects. Your role will serve as a
bridge between our Spanish-speaking clients and our vast array of
products, enhancing their overall experience and supporting our
commitment to excellence in customer engagement across all our
retail platforms. Deliver superior customer service in both English
and Spanish, addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
Engage with customers to understand their needs, recommending
products and solutions to fulfill their requirements. Handle
customer complaints and issues, ensuring resolution in a timely and
satisfactory manner. Collaborate with the sales team to meet and
exceed customer service standards and sales targets. Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of our product range, promotions, and policies
to provide accurate information to customers. Support the
implementation of in-store promotions and events aimed at community
engagement and brand promotion. Record customer interactions and
transactions, analyzing details to forecast potential needs and
sales opportunities. Fluency in English and Spanish Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and
CRM software Ability to handle stress and remain calm under
