Pay Type: per hourBenefits: Full Benefits including Medical, Dental, PTO, and 401(k)Data Analyst - Technical Program Consultant IIIPremier Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst. This position will provide data analysis focused on data generated by military technology development projects, including performance metrics, test results, cost data, and other relevant parameters. The analyst will deliver insights and recommendations to the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense of Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) leadership to inform decisions on program direction, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.Responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient ETL processes, approximately three per month.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and integrate diverse data sources, approximately three times per month.
• Design and implement data models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity, approximately three per month.
• Optimize database systems for performance and scalability, approximately three times per month.
• Apply advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to analyze complex datasets and extract insights, approximately two times per month.
• Develop predictive models and algorithms to support data-driven decisions, approximately two times per month.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and hypothesis testing to identify patterns and trends, approximately three times per month.
• Work with domain experts to translate business questions into analytical solutions, approximately four times per week.Skills and Qualifications:

• At least 6+ years of experience in data visualization, statistical analysis, machine learning, and advanced data analytics tools.
• Experience with data analytic tools such as Python, R, VBA, Java, etc., and familiarity with ML and NLP tools is preferred.
• Ability to adhere to strict security protocols and data handling procedures due to the sensitive nature of military data.
• Experience gathering data from sources like test ranges, system simulations, and reports; performing data cleaning and validation; conducting performance and trend analysis; and creating reports and visualizations for decision-making.Education:
  • B.S./B.A. in Data Analytics or a related field required.Clearance:
    • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required.Work Location:
