In this role, you will be responsible for retrieving, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation supporting engine maintenance and overhaul operations.Responsibilities

• Retrieve, organize, and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including engine manuals and repair documents.
• Acquire and tollgate new technical documents and Engine Service Manual ATA subscriptions.
• Manage daily interface with technical publications and partner with Global Master Librarians to ensure document accuracy and availability.
• Coordinate with engineers to incorporate updates into site-specific documents promptly.
• Oversee the transition of technical documentation from physical binders to digital platforms for better accessibility.
• Ensure overhaul facilities have timely access to relevant technical data and resolve access issues.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of new documentation systems and processes.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Writing, Information Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience managing technical documentation, preferably in aerospace or engineering.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Preferred Qualifications/Skills
  • Proficiency in document management software and databases.
