Job Description:
OVERVIEW:--- Are you ready to advance the State of Humanity in

next commercial---space frontier with the development of our lunar
constellation to provide data buy services, host
payloads/instruments, deploy spacecraft, and perform space
logistics for our partners.------We are seeking a dedicated IT
Technician to join the Quantum Space team. Under the supervision of
the Information Systems Senior Manager, the incumbent will support
the Quantum Space end user community with L1 computer, network,
infrastructure, and software requirements and requests. -
-RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:--- -
Install network and computer hardware
in our corporate and integration and test (I&T)
facilities.Baseline and provision operating systems against
hardware - Windows 10/11, macOS, and Linux.Use remote support
software to identify and correct OS issues or install pre-approved
software/applications against Quantum Space endpoints, when
necessary. - Monitor and update the approved baseline applications
list based on change-control and feedback from Quantum Space IT,
Engineering and Data team members.Repair and troubleshoot computer
systems and mobile devices - either remotely or on site. QA device
repairs and software installations based on our custom evaluation
frameworks.Maintain machine issues, errors, and repairs in issue
tracking/ticketing database.Assist end users with system lockout
and password recovery. -REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: -
Minimum five years of experience in
information technology and support, to include hardware from
various manufacturers and of various makes/models.Knowledge of
Azure Active Directory, Microsoft PowerShell, and Microsoft365
suites.Knowledge of the following operating systems - Windows
(10/11/Server), macOS, and Linux (Red Hat and Debian-based
derivatives).Knowledge of BeyondTrust Remote Support
applications.Excellent written and verbal communication
skills.Minimum of two years' experience in computer networking and
troubleshooting (LAN/WLAN), operating systems, or other IT-related
positions.Attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills.Time management and organizational skills.CompTIA A+ and
Network+ certifications desired. - Knowledge of NIST, CMMC, DFARS,
and GCCH standards.The ability to maintain DoD 8570.01
certification.The ability to hold and maintain a secret security
