• Exercise independent judgment to support grant reviews for various Federal clients, including the peer review of federal discretionary grant applications for a number of federal agencies both onsite and remotely.
• Serve as secondary client contact on specified projects, analyze business plans and coordinate with federal staff.
• Support the multiple stages of grant review processes, to include recruitment, document management, payment validation, and external communications.
• Support projects assigned to the team, to include grant review databases, websites, and quality assurance procedures and documentation.
• Support the analysis of system requirements to help define project scopes and requirements.
• Perform pre-release application testing, ensuring compliance with requirements.
• Provide both reviewer and client users with Help Desk type support.
• Maintain complex project timelines, gather data and update project financial status reports.
• Assist with preparation of briefings and presentations.
