Fulfillment Planning Coordinator is responsible for distributing
and coordinating daily work in DTC and Promo areas. In addition,
the planner follows up with employees to ensure the assigned
workload is completed. They will be researching discrepancies and
collaborating with the appropriate areas to understand the
priorities and the workflow on a daily basis. The ideal candidate
is both analytical, enthusiastic and can promote our company
culture in their daily work. Understand 4 weeks forecast for DTC
and Promo Understand productivity, complexity and resources needed
for both areas Understand Service Level agreements such as “click
to ship” and “IRD”. Evaluate Daily needs based on orders and
scheduled jobs Distribute Daily Head Count per area, labor sharing
according to complexity and productivity Manage Direct labor hours
Vs cost. Identify areas of overspending and escalate daily
resources that are not needed. Following and promoting the DC
Safety regulations. Following and maintaining Housekeeping and 5S
guidelines. Work with Warehouse Management System (WMS) Monitor
workflow through communicating with supervisors and management to
understand current needs. Responsible for the timely resolution of
order to ensure KPI’s are met. Communicate with supervisor and
manager any concerns or delays in processing orders with the goal
of meeting the key performance indicators. React to requests to
adjust priorities and assign resources. Communicate regularly with
peers and management. Properly record Data. Flexibility to work in
other areas as necessary. Other responsibilities and tasks as
assigned by your manager or supervisor. What We’re Looking For: To

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or GED and 5 or
more year of related experience Advance skills with Microsoft
Office Programs Knowledge of AS400 software, Bilingual in Spanish a
must. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Able to effectively communicate verbally
and collaborate with management, staff, customers, vendors, and
corporate partners. Ability to write reports, business
correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively
present information and respond to questions from groups of
