DescriptionThe National Restaurant Association and National
Restaurant Association Educational Foundation are proud to be part

practices and processes, we have a tremendous summer paid
internship opportunity working as part of our dynamic People +
Culture team.
As the People + Culture Intern, you will support a broad range of
projects providing exposure and hands-on experience to functional
areas, including operations, benefits, talent acquisition, learning
and development, engagement, and more. Working closely with our
team of HR professionals, you will have the opportunity to engage
with team members across the organization, build on your leadership
skills and learn the ins and outs of supporting our organizational
culture. Position requires the confidence and diplomacy to interact
at all levels of the organization. Successful candidates will be
resourceful self-starters; have strong communications and
interpersonal skills; and work with a high level of accountability
and attention to detail.
Ideal candidates include recent college graduates or current
undergrad, or graduate-level students enrolled in academic programs
related to Human Resources. Organizational Development, Psychology
or other Social Science. Must be local to the D.C., Maryland, or
Virginia area. The internship will run for approximately three
months. Interns must be available between 24-40 hours per week and
available to work onsite Monday-Wednesday with the option to work
remotely Thursday-Friday.
There is no shortage of interesting and meaningful work to build on
your skills and experiences, and we're proud to say that
internships have often led to full-time roles at the National
Restaurant Association or National Restaurant Association
Educational Foundation.
