Configuration Specialist
Full Time Permanent
Silver Spring, MD - On-site
Salary Range: $65K - 75K

This position is with a leader in digital content management solutions, content digitization, and library services/solutions, serving more than 800 organizations around the world.

What is the role?
The Configuration Specialist shall have demonstrable experience developing/configuring electronic records management solutions as well as experience with content management of multiple types of file storage platforms/shared drives. It is expected that the Configuration Specialist will work closely with the Government Information Technology Office, the RIM Team, and End Users.

Requirements:

• 
  
• Seven (7) years' experience configuring the tools to apply the record schedules, retention schedules, and destruction/transfer requirements.
  
• Comprehensive knowledge of Google G-Suite, SharePoint, Shared Drives, Laserfiche, and other RIM tools.
  
• Demonstrate experience installing and configuring RIM tools.
  
• Experience in conducting training to administrators on the administration of the tool.
  
• Experience in conducting comprehensive technical research and analysis.
  
• Experience in communicating and collaborating with Federal and contract staff.
