Job Description:The Katherine Thomas School, a program of TLC in
Rockville, MD has immediate opportunities for a couple of full-time
10/11 month Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) beginning with the
current school year. KTS services students in preschool through
middle school grades with language, learning, sensory motor
disabilities and/or high functioning autism. EOEThe position is
responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to
students who exhibit communication learning problems related to
speech, pragmatic language and autism.Come and join a great team of

Experience:Required Experience for the Speech Language Pathologist
(SLP):Maryland Speech License or be eligible at the time of
hireMaster's in Speech Pathology, Speech and Hearing or equivalent
programExperience in Augmentative systems, Visualizing and
Verbalizing and Social Thinking is a plusExperience with the
pediatric populationAs a condition of employment, all employees are
required to have received at least the first dose of the Pfizer or
Moderna vaccine or the single dose of the Johnson & Johnson
vaccine. New hires must receive any additional vaccine doses in the
appropriate timeframes to be considered fully vaccinated and submit
weekly test results until they are fully vaccinated. Requests for
religious or medical exemptions will be reviewed and evaluated on a
