The Opportunity
Abt Associates seeks a qualified Talent Acquisition Partner -to support the Human Resources Department. - As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will perform full life cycle recruitment responsibility for Abt's US Domestic Business Line. - The role will also plan recruitment strategies to attract top talent, develop strong partnerships with candidates and hiring managers, build a diverse bench of qualified candidates, and cultivate an in depth understanding of the business line and hiring needs. - -
Core Responsibilities

  • Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required objectives in conjunction with the -designated teams and leaders
  • Recommends specialized recruiting sources to hiring managers
  • Navigates fast-paced hiring to meet proposal and contract requirements
  • Works to create a network of strong health and data capture talent
  • Employs a variety of standard and specialized sourcing techniques to identify a high-quality diverse candidate pool
  • Creates and fosters relationships with key associations, industry specific organizations, and other resources and to attract -top candidates -to Abt
  • Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring managers for interviews. Provide screening for manager to ensure applicants meet required and desired qualifications based upon job requisitions
  • Manages internal applicant process, including support Abt's Mobility Marketplace, as needed.
  • Ensure -candidate applications are complete with necessary -information for client review and acceptance. Work with candidates to ensure they understand the recruitment and compensation systems
  • Works with HR and Hiring managers to develop and extend equitable offers of employment to selected candidates within the guidelines of Abt's employment policies and procedures; Uses internal equity tools to help craft offers of employment
  • Manages the post-offer recruitment process to secure key acceptances
  • Considers and builds processes to streamline and improve cost effective recruitment services
  • Ensures compliance with EEO and OFCCP guidelines and other government requirements
  • Actively manages database of talent pool to provide a pipeline of potential candidates
  • Maintains careful tracking logs of candidate data, contacts, documents, etc.

    What We Value

    • Level 3: -Bachelor's Degree + Five -years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + Three years of relevant experience
    • Level 4: Bachelor's Degree + Nine years of relevant experience, or Master's Degree + Seven years of relevant experience, or PhD + Four years of relevant experience
    • Possess excellent diplomatic interpersonal skills and ability to work and interact successfully with all levels within the company
    • Experience working in a professional services firm or government contractor
    • Skillful with navigating and researching online resources and mining various databases -
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task and to organize and prioritize multiple on-going projects in a fast-paced, deadline-sensitive environment
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak with large groups of prospective candidates
    • Working knowledge of Oracle HCM/ATS and LinkedIn

      This position offers an anticipated annual base salary range of approximately -$70,000 -to -$125,00, -and may vary by ten percent depending on candidate geographic location. - Salary offers are made based on internal equity and market analysis.
