Job DescriptionPosition Overview:As a Key Member Of Our Local
Support Staff Team, You WillThe Client Contact Specialist supports
our Financial Advisors who work with clients to achieve their
financial goals. This role is critical in providing a positive
client experience by assisting the Advisor as they collect needed
information to develop a financial plan or service product
needs.--- Promote a consistently exceptional client experience---
Schedule and confirm client appointments, and work with clients to
gather required information--- Maintain client and prospect files
in the client database, including current contact information---
Communicate with the Advisor regarding everyday activities such as
appointments, seminars and calendar changes--- Project a positive
and professional appearance and demeanor at all times--- Work with
the district and office to maintain a marketing events calendar and
plan, and assist with marketing events as needed--- Manage office
communications and record-keeping requirements for compliance

Satisfactory completion of background check, fingerprinting and
required employment documentation, as well as any screening/hiring
tool if required by hiring district
