If so, then you can be a Food Runner for Chopt. Our food runners ensure that every Chopr has exactly what is needed at all times. With our runners' support and hard work, every customer experience can become Better.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring every station is stocked with choppings and dressings throughout the shiftManaging inventory of ingredients during a shift and alerting management if any ingredient needs replenishmentMoving with a sense of urgency to ensure the line is filled with product and clean suppliesRemoving soiled bowls, mats and scrapers from the line and delivering them to the dish stationPerforming general cleaning duties and maintenance of the restaurant before, during and after the shift to include taking out the garbage, sweeping and moppingKeeping the line clean, dry, and safe for the team to workAssisting team with the line set up or food prep as needed

Qualifications/Requirements:

Must be able to lift boxes and food trays up to 50 lbsAbility to read and communicate in basic English to customers as neededMust understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocolsExperience working in a high volume restaurant is preferred but not requiredMust understand and execute food safety and sanitation protocolsStanding, stooping, kneeling, walking , wiping, reaching, bending and lifting are required actions throughout a shiftAbility to multi-task and handle multiple priorities during the shiftMust be able to perform duties that require standing and fast movement

Work Conditions/Hours:

Hours will vary and may include early mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidaysAll Chopt employees will be hired on a variable hour basis. Hours are scheduled based on performance and business necessities. We use eVerify to confirm U.S. Employment eligibility.
