For more information, please visit: ResponsibilitiesCandidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day client service to include the following:Supporting the development and maintenance of policy documents for coordination/alignment with organizational strategy to enable effective operations;Supporting development of program performance goals and metrics based on organizational strategic plans, annual operating plans, and five year plan;Updating goals and metrics based on evolving organizational requirements;Maintaining performance metrics dashboard and databases;Identifying key stakeholders and other necessary engagement plans for organization activities;Developing plans for engaging with and communicating with stakeholders;Assisting in aligning organizational investments in people, technology, and capital connected to its strategic objectives;Providing recommendations for improving the organization's priorities and business processes; Proactively engaging with clients to identify challenges, recommend solutions, and manage expectations; andAnticipating client needs, recognizing and acting on opportunities to enhance client service and expand the scope of engagement. Candidate will also be responsible for supporting day-to-day business development and marketing efforts to include:Articulating Guidehouse's value proposition by contributing to proposals and whitepapers; andResearching and tracking opportunities. QualificationsDue to our contractual requirements, to be eligible for this role, you must be fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of hire. Bachelor's DegreeUS CitizenshipExperience with supporting the Federal government, preferably in a Federal consulting role;At least one year of project/program management experience;Experience with dashboards and/or databases;Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite Preferred:Candidate should have the following:Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance Working knowledge of cybersecurity and associated capabilities;Experience using IT platforms such as JIRA;A mindset focusing on client needs and a customer-centric attitude;Experience collaborating and working in a team environment.
