The Lourie Center for Children's Social & Emotional Wellness is a private, non-profit agency with a mission to improve the social and emotional health of young children and their families through prevention, early intervention, education, research and training. The Lourie Center has four core programs serving children birth through age 12 and their families: Head Start, The Lourie Center School, The Therapeutic Nursery Program and Parent-Child Clinical Services.

The Lourie Center seeks to hire an experienced Clinical Training Manager who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Clinical Training Manager you will:

  • Oversee the delivery and ongoing development of the attachment and relational model of clinical assessment and intervention
  • Provide clinical oversight/supervision to staff and clinical supervisors of the PCCSP. Collaborate with Clinic Leadership to conduct/ensure annual performance appraisals for all clinical staff consistent with the Center's performance appraisal system
  • Coordinate with staff and contract supervisors for delivery of supervision of students/trainees during training years in the PCCSP
  • In collaboration with Clinic Leadership, oversees staff development and training designed to enhance the skills and expertise of clinical staff.
  • Develop and maintains the year-long training program in coordination with Training Coordinator and leads weekly training seminar
  • Directly supervises staff members and clinical supervisors

Qualifications Include:

  • Graduate degree in a mental health discipline (Psychiatry, psychology, social work)
  • Active Maryland clinical license (LCSW-C, PhD, PsyD or LCPC).
  • Active BLS CPR card
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in a mental health setting, including supervisory.
  • Actice license
