Description Database Engineer Sr. to work in Rockville, MD: Design, develop and implement applications using an agile-like environment and in accordance with the System Development Lifecycle called EPLC. Implement processes to deploy the application in environments including Dev/Test, assist in documenting application architecture, design, implementation plan, Operation Manual, Runbooks, and version description documents. Demonstrate application functionality to customers. Identify and remediate defect fixes during test and burn in periods. Use Oracle 11g/12c, Oracle Enterprise Manager, JIRA, WinSCP, Putty, Eclipse, Erwin, Toad Data Modeler 5.3, J2EE, Spring, JavaScript, HTML. Qualifications Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering (or equivalent based on evaluation of academic credentials, training and/or experience) as well as twenty-four (24) months in job or job related experience to include job duties listed above.
