Salary: $70k Some highlights: --- Newly created role due to growth --- Ability to work autonomously --- Free parking --- Own personal office (no cubicle) --- Company is growing --- Competitive benefits --- Close-knit culture COVID: This person will be required to work in the office full time, as this is an essential businessRecruiter Job Responsibilities --- Oversee all functions and operations of Recruiting --- Attract and recruit staff for large national Federal contracts with in-house staff or subcontractors --- Handle recruiting and staffing for new projects with subcontractors around the country --- Post AD's to attract quality candidates for different level positions --- Interview and screen all qualified candidates --- Handle all aspects of onboarding and offboarding staff --- Focus on retention by offering employee feedback and employee review processes Recruiter Job Requirements --- Bachelor's degree --- 3+ years of experience with large recruiting efforts for Federal contracts --- Federal IT recruiting experience
