Job Description:
Role Service Delivery Lead - Java Required Skill Set Well Versed
in ITIL process Governance, Service Management Process, Production
Support. Java and microservices application support experience
Desired Experience Range 12 years Location Gaithersburg, MD
Responsibility Expectations from the role At least 12 years of
experience in IT industry delivering IT and support engagement.
Well Versed in ITIL process Governance, Service Management Process,
Support Projects Management Should possess experience in
ITILsupport engagements. Posses hand-on experience in Java and
microservices framework. Should have experience in incident
management and triage. Follow up with application maintenance and
other stakeholders for incident closure. Possess excellent
experience in handling major incident management for digital
applications. Hands on experience on Service Now and its process to
meet SLA response and restoration. Escalation of major incident to
client and service delivery manager on application critical
incidents. Frequent status update to Client and Supervisor
Co-ordinate with other teams to resolve the issue. Meeting the
Service levels for resolution of reported application issues.
Answers questions from the business as well as provide ad-hoc
queries when requested Documents and reports the activities to the
customer. Review and maintain Standard Operating procedures for
supporting applications.
