Months Note Active DOD must Job Description Creates, maintains and
updates manuals, procedures, specifications, installation
instructions, training material and other technical documents.
Creates, compiles and delivers software developmental documentation
packages. Reviews, revises, and modifies documents prepared by
others. Compiles, organizes and write online help files to support
end-users. Write technical documents in compliance with standards
and guidelines. Evaluates and recommends revisions to standards and
