The Senior Payroll/HCM Implementation Specialist is responsible
for being the professional resource assigned to manage the project
for all new clients to handle the needs assessment/analysis
(statement of work for payroll and human resources), data
collection, configuration of the payroll and human resources
systems, testing, training, and processing of the first few
payrolls in close coordination with the client and other
departments within the organization as necessary. This position
provides a positive and high-quality service to all new clients
onboarding with Payroll Network and requires thorough understanding
of payroll practices, processes, and applicable taxation laws.
Clients are small and mid-size businesses from a broad range of
private sector industries.
The Payroll/HCM Implementation Specialist will:
Serve as the single point of contact with multiple, concurrent
new clients during the implementation process
Be comfortable with project management and leading a team as
Create and maintain the project schedule and appropriate
milestones in a variety of medium based on client needs. Oversees
accurate, timely, and successful installation and conversion of
iSolved and non iSolved product solutions through the entire

This is what we're looking for:
3+ years of experience working in an environment implementing
and/or processing and reconciling payrolls.
3-5 years of experience working in a client service
BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science or
equivalent work experience in accounting preferred. Industry
certifications (FPC/CPP/PHR, etc. highly desirable).
Proficient in the latest web technologies and working knowledge
of various operating systems
Excellent analytical skills and time management skills and
ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the
client and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, and
client facing experience
Effective in handling multiple concurrent large projects
Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States or hold
a visa that allows you to work in the United States without being
sponsored by an employer
