Skill Associate System Admin Location Rockville, MD Job Type
Long TermFull Time Summary of Job Role 1 Experience in Wintel
environment Provide ongoing technical support Infrastructure and
services for our users Incident, problem and Change management
Updating the tickets on ITSM tools Log and track IT assets
Installation, upgrade and Troubleshooting of Windows 10 Prepare and
deploy Windows 10 images Laptop and other IT hardware shipment to
remote users. Remote administration and monitoring of End-User
computing devices ProvisionDeprovision end-user computing devices
as per the client compliance requirements Ongoing Support for
VIPVVIP users Configuration of Printers, scanners, Fax Installation
and Configuration of basic Wired and Wireless networks Installation
and Configuration of IP Phones (SIP) using Vonage Business Cloud
services Monitor and manage internal infrastructure and
applications Antivirus monitoring and management BitLocker
Encryption and recovery Escalate the tickets to right team for
resolution and track it to the closure within SLA Work closely with
application owners and business leaders to develop and build
infrastructure and capabilities that meets the needs of our client
Fulfill the service requests includes procurement and provisioning
Coordinating with Vendors for Products procurement, replacement and
maintenance services Understanding and enforcing HIPPA is required
Off-Office hours remote support on call About Infinite Computer
