Director of Billing & Financial Services: Provide day-to-day
leadership and management consistent with Credible’s Mission and
core values to execute daily operations and policies of the
company, establishing long-term operational efficiencies, and
attaining short and long-term operational goals. Display
willingness to make timely decisions; exhibit sound and accurate
judgment, support and explain reasoning for decisions, and include
appropriate people in decision-making process. Successful
management of Billing Specialists and Billing Config Specialists
addressing Partner needs in a timely, thorough, and accurate manner
while possessing an excellent understanding of Credible and its
software. Understand the top priorities for the department as
communicated by Executive Management and develop a comprehensive
and actionable plan for teams to achieve them with highest quality
and scalability. Proactive management of the Billing and Financial
Services Department and representation of the Billing Department in
management and corporate meetings. Oversees and ensures Billing
Configuration and Outsource Billing Process Adherence and team
throughput is meeting and/or exceeding goal. Works collaboratively
with IM Management, Billing Specialists, and Management to ensure
Billing Services are addressing Partner’s needs and satisfaction.
Assist the VP in reviewing Billing process looking at support and
current capacity and scale accordingly and be able to execute the
agreed upon plan. Coordinate Billing support needs with other
Credible Departments as appropriate. Lead process development
efforts in collaboration with VP. Ensures Billing Specialists are
meeting or exceeding KPI standards. Have full understanding and
knowledge of all modules and feature functionality. Have full
understanding and knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management workflows
and processes and how they incorporate into Credible Best Practices
for optimal efficiency and accuracy in billing. Collaborate with
TLC Process Manager to ensure that Billing Tasks and TLC processes
are adhered to. Provide internal knowledge share. Maintains
adherence to Credible’s Escalation Policy. Exemplify the Credible
Way and utilize the tools of the Credible Way. Exemplify the
Credible Management Way and utilize the tools of the Credible
Management Way Analyze BI reporting and audit results to measure
KPIs of the Billing Process and documentation standards. Provide
strategies to address concerns with the VP. Analyze weekly
Supergraphics and have regular 1:1 supervision meetings with staff.
Monitor BI reports and utilize data to determine variances in order
to propose corrective or preventative responses. Utilize Credible’s
domains for monitoring and supervision of processes and staff.
Assist Billing staff to meet and exceed Productivity Standards.
Ensure Partner needs are addressed in a timely manner and ensuring
overall Partner satisfaction. Develop processes and KPIs that help
your team: Maintain an awareness of implementation timelines for
assigned Partners and work closely with Implementation Managers,
Support Center Coordinators, Training, Consulting, Technology,
Sales, and Partners to ensure that timelines are met and needs are
addressed. Contact each Outsource Billing Partner on a regular
basis to gauge satisfaction and offer additional products,
services, or training to improve satisfaction levels. Accurately
track and monitor performance against established standards and key
performance indicators, addressing escalated issues and working
with Management by taking recommendations and suggestions to
improve operations. Recruit, train, mentor and supervise team
members and establish initiatives to motivate and educate staff.

Drive the successful implementation of Credible Management Systems,
such as Green/Yellow/Red, to provide accurate and precise measures
of the Billing Department’s performance and productivity. Provide
outstanding Partner Service, including timely and accurate
responses, proactive Partner Issue management, the handling of all
Partner requests in a professional, positive, and dignified manner.
Exemplary support and knowledge of Credible for successful
utilization and optimization for Credible’s Partners. Equip the
Billing Team with tools and motivation required for success.
Establish, implement, and enforce efficient and effective
processes, standards, procedures, and guidelines for the Billing
Department, as approved by VP. Create a quality monitoring process
that will ensure Outsource Billing task resolution within LOI
expectations, while reinforcing clearly defined key performance
metrics that lead to a positive Partner experience. Remain a
positive force and resource to motivate the Billing Team on a
consistent basis. Build positive and effective relations with other
Credible Directors and Management. Drive adherence to quality
guidelines as set by Management, assessing the effectiveness of
training on performance, and identifying the training needs and
best practices with the goal of sharing/collaborating with the
Training Team to improve training methods, processes and standards.
Provide timely and accurate weekly and other reporting to VP and
other Senior Management. Work directly with Credible Senior
Management and others to continuously hone Credible’s billing
strategy and proactive support of Medicaid Expansion activities, in
order to efficiently deliver a phenomenal Partner experience.
Achieve or exceed assigned metrics. Grow and develop the team.
Identify opportunities to sell additional products, services and
training to Partners. Provide timely data as requested, addressing
actions in a timely manner. Initial Key Drivers for Director of
Billing and Financial Services: Completion of Credible’s product
knowledge, training, and customer service training programs,
including, but not limited to Credible’s: Partner configuration
capabilities. Data Dictionary interface. Clinical interface.
Billing module. Credible Revenue Cycle Management processes Form
Builder module. Mobile module. Electronic Prescription module.
Electronic Labs module. Custom Query Builder tool. Credible BI.
Portal functionality including Client, Provider and Task portals.
Meaningful Use configurations and certifications. Security and
reporting matrixes. Additional modules as they are developed.
Provide Partner support via: Oversee the proactive management of
Partner’s billing needs via Credible’s Tasks system to handle
issues, answer questions, and manage feature requests. Oversee the
pro-active use of scheduled and ad-hoc phone support calls
utilizing web meeting software. Proactively communicating with
Partners to assure Partner’s successful billing utilizing Credible
software. Thorough time tracking. Create and maintain a
comprehensive training program for new and existing Partner Service
Coordinators. Successfully create reports to accurately capture
Department statistics, including but not limited to Billing
performance, timely task ticket management, and Partner Outsource
Billing KPIs. Audit to establish a baseline for an assigned Partner
base and determine outstanding issues and satisfaction levels.
Adhere to policies, processes, and procedures to improve Partner
satisfaction, Billing Performance, as well as departmental
efficiency and effectiveness. Follow new technology-enabled
strategies and solutions to enhance the Partner experience. Keep
informed of the latest industry developments. Maintain skills and
awareness of Credible products, acquiring training as necessary.
Seek continuous improvement and achievement of stated business
results and Partner satisfaction. Coordinate communications across
teams/departments/company. Maintain knowledge of current industry
information, including new thinking and new approaches. Other
