FedSync is looking for multiple individuals with Capital
Planning Investment Control (CPIC) experience in Federal
agencies. The analysts will serve as a Capital Planning
Investment Control (CPIC) support leaders. The following is short
list of their duties and objectives:
Provide strategic and tactical direction for the CPIC
Provide expertise and guidance related to the CPIC process
including Technology Business Management Taxonomy (TBM),
techniques, and governing laws.
Institute best-practices for portfolio management across public
and private sectors.
Perform business analysis and capital planning functions
associated with the Capital Planning and Investment Control (CPIC)
process including Major IT Business Case (Formerly Exhibit 300) and
Agency IT Portfolio Summary (Formerly Exhibit 53).
Provide consultation services for the client's IT investments
through the CPIC phases.
Develop and present CPIC training.
Create high-impact presentations for senior client leaders.
Requirements Minimum 5 years’ CPIC experience
Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree in Business,
Finance, or Management Information Systems.
TBM Executive Foundation Certification preferred
Hands-On Experience with any CPIC Portfolio Management Tool
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government Clearance for the purpose of
having Federal agency building access
