Description – Associate/Director
ALQIMI is seeking an Associate/Director to join our team.
The successful candidate is a dynamic, highly-motivated
self-starter who will manage client engagements and drive
profitable growth of ALQIMI products and services. ALQIMI is
considering candidates of various experience levels including
Associate (4-8 years of experience) and Director (8+ years of
experience). The successful candidate will report to the President
ALQIMI is a global information technology solutions company
based in Washington, D.C., USA. For more than 20 years, ALQIMI has
operated in demanding government agency and commercial environments
delivering a wide range of cutting-edge IT solutions enabling these
organizations to surpass their missions and goals. ALQIMI’s domain
expertise includes big data software development, artificial
intelligence, healthcare IT and large-scale enterprise computing.
ALQIMI offers services and products to clients in the US, Europe
ALQIMI has developed a big data platform (RAAVN) consisting of
applications, microservices and other back-end technologies. The
RAAVN platform is a complete end-to-end, system-of-systems capable
of open source data collections, all-source data fusion, analytics,
artificial intelligence, visualizations and more. Rather than
develop point applications, ALQIMI’s RAAVN suite is meant to serve
as a platform for the rapid development,
tailorization/customization of client applications. Such a platform
allows a higher level of “future proofing” given that new
technologies, third party tools and existing client applications
can all be easily integrated. Successful applications of RAAVN have
taken place with IBM, the United States Department of Energy and
Defense, Jane’s, Bajaj Capital and was used to detect and analyze
the now famous Russian Troll farms accused of US presidential
ALQIMI is currently seeking a dynamic, self-starter to help us
manage and grow our business. The candidate must have a minimum of
four years of experience and ALQIMI will consider candidates with
• Manage existing customer engagements. Acting as the
“customer success manager” you will ensure the client’s
satisfaction through attentive interaction with the client and a
watchful eye on the statement of work. In addition, you will
generate revenue growth by generating new ideas and selling them
through to the client.

Independently, and as part of a team, pursue new sales of products
and services through direct sales efforts including RFP
submissions, cold-contacting, marketing, conferences and

white papers, RFQ submissions, slicks and any other materials
necessary to accomplish the goal.

client and customer needs. The candidate will need to be prepared
to do whatever has to be done to make progress.

all team members understanding the latest AI/Analytics/Bid Data
methodologies so we can develop own best-in-class solution. The

Must Have Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum of four years experience in a prospect or
customer facing role.
• Have intermediate knowledge in at least one of the
following subject areas: healthcare, DoD, IC, AI, analytics or
• Hold a passport and be willing to travel locally,
domestically and internationally
• Fluency in Russian, Spanish or Mandarin a plus

determined by the candidate’s experience level
