Job Description:
Ryder, a leader in the logistics and transportation industry, is
seeking experienced Class CDL A Regional Truck Drivers to join our
dedicated fleet. As part of our team, you'll play a critical role
in ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods across regions,
leveraging cutting-edge logistics tools and a commitment to
excellence. This position is ideal for those who excel in a
dynamic, solutions-driven environment and are passionate about
driving and continuous improvement. Drive long distances to deliver
goods to customers. Load and unload cargo, verify loads against
shipping papers. Maintain vehicle inspection and safety before,
during, and after trips. Adhere to company policies and legal
regulations. Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance
reports. Ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods. Proven
ability to drive long hauls reliably. Strong adherence to safety
practices. Ability to handle unexpected situations (traffic,
weather conditions, etc.). Excellent time management. Proficient in
using GPS and other routing systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s
License (CDL). Must have a clean driving record. Endorsements for
hazardous materials or doubles/triples may be required based on job
duties.
