Position Summary: T he Specialty Mushroom Driver will be doing the following Tasks, delivering empty boxes to grow houses, load and haul mushrooms from grow houses to receiving in Kennett, hauling Sterilized bags from production building to grow rooms, and Driving Automatic Dump truck to discard of spent growing material or to transport sawdust, Also will be required to perform other activities related to the Specialty Mushroom production. REQUIRED Must have a valid Driver's license Preferred Box truck driving experience Dump truck driving experience Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred) Role and Responsibilities Load and Transport product from mushroom houses to dock, as directed by supervisor and according to company policy. Product must be handled with care, so that it is not damaged or disorganized, also must keep accurate records of container counts and grades when loading. Haul empty containers to and from plants Haul sterilized bags from production plant to houses. Must be able to work under all weather conditions. Must be able to repeatedly lift fifty to seventy pounds. Fill trucks and refer tanks with fuel as needed. Daily sweep out and sanitization of truck. Drive and use dump truck to discard spent substrate, and transport sawdust
