more . Position Description: We are seeking a Salesforce SME to
lead the implementation and integration of Salesforce solutions
within a modernized case management and data ecosystem for a
federal client. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience
in Salesforce customization and configuration, particularly in
federal environments. This position is located in Arlington, VA.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Develop and implement
Salesforce solutions that manage the entire case lifecycle,
including dynamic report updates and calendar date selection.
Enhance Salesforce capabilities for document redaction,
expungement, and metadata searchability, ensuring compliance with
federal standards. Improve Salesforce integration with MS Word for
seamless text integration and user activity tracking. Enable
advanced search functionalities and drill-down queries within
Salesforce to enhance data retrieval and analysis. Develop
automated workflows within Salesforce to streamline case management
processes and improve efficiency. Ensure Salesforce solutions
provide comprehensive audit trails for all user actions, enhancing
transparency and accountability. Implement partitioning
capabilities within Salesforce to restrict component access and
provide shared access as required. Regularly assess Salesforce
performance and propose enhancements to meet evolving federal
requirements and improve user experience. Required qualifications
to be successful in this role: Proven expertise in Salesforce
platform customization and integration. Experience with Salesforce
Lightning and Apex development. Strong understanding of federal
data security and compliance requirements. Ability to design and
implement Salesforce solutions that support case management
processes. Excellent communication skills for stakeholder
engagement and training. Desired qualifications/non-essential
skills required: Experience with Salesforce integration with other
federal systems. Knowledge of Department of Justice (DOJ) or
similar federal agency operations. Certification in Salesforce
Administration or Development. Familiarity with Agile methodologies
and project management tools. CGI is required by law in some
jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation
range for this role. The determination of this range includes
various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience,
relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the
ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does
not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their
role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range for this role in the U.S. is $89,600.00 - $218,200.00. CGI
