Description Job Overview The Sr. Manager – Full Stack Engineer
is responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of
enterprise-scale applications using modern full-stack technologies.
This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering
to build secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions that
support Marriott’s digital transformation. The position partners
with product, architecture, and technology teams to deliver
innovative features and ensure best practices across the
development lifecycle. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in
Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field. 7 years
of experience in full-stack development and application
architecture. Proficiency in front-end frameworks (React, Angular,
or Vue) and back-end technologies (Java, .NET, Node.js). Strong
experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and
containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent problem-solving,
communication, and leadership skills. Job Duties Develop and
maintain front-end and back-end components to ensure seamless
integration and optimal performance across platforms. Implement
best practices for performance, security, and scalability in
application design and development. Lead architecture decisions and
code reviews to maintain high-quality standards and technical
excellence. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product,
design, QA, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with
business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives by
adopting modern frameworks, tools, and methodologies for full-stack
