point-of-contact to the Program Manager (and at times the
Government) for all endpoint engineering support-related needs.
This role will manage a team that supports the infrastructure
operations tasks of a complete spectrum of IT engineering projects,
platforms, and services, including infrastructure, endpoint,
security, and network services. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Serving
as the primary interface to the Government for all infrastructure
operations support Supporting infrastructure operations projects,
including those related to security and network operations,
NOC/SOC, system deployment, integration management, etc., Following
the HHS EPLC framework and methodology where applicable Providing
oversight during third-party audits (e.g., technical, management,
testing, and security) Independent testing of engineered solutions
approved by HHS authorized/designated personnel as needed Providing
seamless network and security server operations for federal users
(predominantly Azure) Serving as expert in enterprise monitoring
solutions (E.g. Solarwinds etc.) Ensuring patch management and
vulnerability management (SCCM/MCM) activities are completed in
line with SLAs and agency requirements WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required: Education: Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional
experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree Required Experience: 10
total years of related experience 5 years in a lead infrastructure
operations role, of which 1 are in an Azure dominant environment 3
years managing technical staff as team lead/manager Experience with
integration of services into ServiceNow Previous experience
supporting large-scale federal IT infrastructure experience (10K
endpoints) required Must have Expertise in: Solarwinds (required)
Tenable Nessus (required) Patch Management Desired: Familiarity
with Federal Security mandates (e.g., FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP)
Tanium Locations: ?This leadership role, is a hybrid position that
will require you to work 2 to 3 days every week onsite at both a
GDIT location in Rockville, MD as well as HHS headquarters in
southwest DC on an as-needed basis. Clearance: Must be able to
obtain a Position of Trust and successfully pass a thorough
Government background screening process requiring the completion of
detailed forms and fingerprinting. US Citizenship or US Persons
required Must have been in the US for at least 3 out of the last 5
years. Please Note: Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this
position. The likely salary range for this position is $140,445 -
$190,015. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or
salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic
location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall
outside of this range. Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Travel Required:
