is hybrid at either Lancaster, Harrisburg or Mechanicsburg office
in PA. Mon and Fri from home, Tues-Thurs on site Serve as central
point of contact for all incoming customer calls/emails Address
customer questions/concerns as much as possible Delegate to
appropriate individual/group if unable to address Log customer
calls and report out weekly Assist schedulers with proactive
customer contacts throughout job scheduling process Provide clear
guidance for customers on pre-job requirements (ex. Inspection due
dates, physical work to be complete before work is executed,
setting up new meter account, etc.) Schedule customer appointments,
issue reminders/confirmations Maintain log of all communications to
report out weekly Provide other scheduler assistance as needed
Assist in creating work packets Assist in processing bundled job
cards Remove job holds once verified Create IVR appointments Assist
in WO close out Schedule temp disconnects Investigate property
damage claims and schedule work if liability is determined Not a
driving role
