Job Description:
Securitas Inc., a global leader in protective services, is
seeking an experienced Project Manager for Global Clients to join
our dedicated team. This position is pivotal in managing security
projects that span across international territories, ensuring
seamless delivery and integration of security solutions tailor-made
for our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will oversee project
lifecycles from inception to completion, utilizing our advanced
technological framework, engaging expert personnel, and sustaining
our key partnerships worldwide. Define project scope, goals, and
deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with
senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project
plans and associated communications documents. Effectively
communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on
an ongoing basis, establishing and maintaining relationships with
third parties/vendors. Plan, schedule, and track project timelines,
milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools. Delegate
tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel, identifying
and resolving issues and conflicts within the project team. Monitor
and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders,
presenting reports defining project progress, problems, and
solutions. Conduct project post mortems and create a
recommendations report in order to identify successful and
unsuccessful project elements. Develop best practices and tools for
project execution and management. Strong leadership skills with an
ability to motivate teams. Excellent communication, interpersonal,
and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects
simultaneously while maintaining a sharp attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Highly competent in
project management software tools. Certification in Project
Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). Any relevant security industry
certifications are highly desirable.
