Job Description Job Description BAE Systems is seeking Quality
Management and Business Process Analyst to support our work as a
prime contractor on a high-profile U.S. Navy weapon system. Serving
as one of our Analysts, you will support a multi-disciplinary team
of engineers, programmers, and configuration managers in developing
and implementing a quality management and business process system
that supports audit and systems engineering functions across
requirements definition, architecture and interface definition,
system integration, verification, and test for current and future
large-scale missile systems. This is a unique opportunity to be
part of the team enabling our Nation's technological superiority on
strategic missions through development of advanced concepts and
initiatives throughout the systems lifecycle. This position is
customer facing position and responsible for supporting the roll
out and implementation of a new Quality Management and Business
Process system to support Navy functions. In this role, you will
plan and coordinate the preparation of project documentation, such
as business process maps, training, job aids, schedules, and
presentations, to ensure the quality management and business
process system meets customer requirements. You will engage with
Navy customers and coordinate with the internal BAE Systems
technical team to design, implement, and tailor the target system
that may be based on COTS or GOTS technology. In this position, you
will perform business process mapping, technical analysis, trade
studies, research, development, and test and evaluation to enable
quality management and business process system implementation. You
will help resolve issues and make recommendations regarding
enhanced capabilities for the proposed COTS / GOTS solution. You
will analyze proposed changes of product design to determine effect
on overall product and system and coordinate modification for

Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Education,
Experience, & Skills: Typical education and years of
related/relevant experience required: Bachelor's Degree and minimum
of 6-8 years of proven experience supporting DoD programs or
large-scale weapon systems; or Master's Degree and minimum of 4-5
years of relevant experience. Additional skills/experience
required: /n - Experience in customer / client facing positions,
directly working and supporting DoD customers / clients /n -
Demonstrated ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
supporting complex DoD Systems. /n - Experience conducting science
and technology research, analysis, trade studies, system definition
(requirements, architecture, and interfaces), integration, and test
of complex systems. /n - Experience in managing projects, including
planning, execution, monitoring, and mitigating risks related to
DoD projects. /n - Experience with Quality Management Systems or
supporting Business Process Improvement efforts to improve program
office operations /n - Possess analytical, critical thinking, and
problem-solving skills to analyze business processes, identify
areas for improvement, and develop solutions to optimize audit and
review tracking. /n - Effective communication with stakeholders,
including auditors, reviewers, and management, is vital. Able to
facilitate training, workshops, and meetings. Possess exceptional
verbal, written and presentation skills. /n - Demonstrated
successful leadership, time management and conflict resolution
skills. /n /n Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Quality
Management Expertise and Implementation Experience: A candidate
with experience in quality management systems (QMS), audit
management, and compliance is essential. They should be familiar
with industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other
relevant regulations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in software
implementation, configuration, and integration: * Quality
management software (e.g., SAP Quality Management, Oracle Quality
Management, or specialized QMS solutions like EtQ or
MasterControl). * Business process management (BPM) tools. *
Workflow automation and management. * Data analysis and reporting
tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI). Change Management:
Experience supporting or leading organizational change,
implementing new business processes, or establishing new
technologies for organizations Certifications: Relevant
certifications, such as:* Certified Quality Manager (CQM). *
Certified Auditor (CA). * ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $115779 - $196825 Please note: This range
is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries
are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited
to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal
equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills,
