Overview
We are seeking a Director of Technology to join our team and serve as a primary technical advisor to leadership and Government clients. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and collaborative self-starter that can provide people and technical leadership to develop and deliver complex solutions and capabilities for DoD, Civilian and IC customers in conjunction with the Operations and the Business Development Teams. Instrumental to this position is ensuring Integral delivers on commitments, provides the best solutions possible and advances strategic technical objectives.
This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Advanced Digital Solutions, is based in Rockville, MD, and will primarily work with customers in the Washington, DC Metro Area. Travel may be required up to 20% of the time to cultivate new and ongoing business endeavors and the successful candidate will balance a hybrid work schedule with telework as an option.
Responsibilities

• 
  
• Assessing, updating and owning Integral Federal's Technology strategy, technology roadmap and objectives; and leading tactics to meet them
  
• Developing and Refining technical solutions and services in support of Integral Federal's business objectives
  
• Leading and supporting solutions for capture and proposal efforts; works hand in hand with business development and capture staff to secure new business
  
• Supporting program execution through technical thought leadership and architecture analysis
  
• Assumes and grows strategic technology partnerships, and management of the sector workforce Technical Working Group initiatives and development of technical staff
  
• Serves as the customer technical interface and drafts/provides whitepapers and demonstrations of Integral Federal's capabilities
  
• Participates in improving processes for developing and deploying technical solutions and providing technical services
  
• Maintains and develops vendor partnerships
  
  Qualifications
  Required:
  
  • 
    
  • Education: A master's degree in engineering, computer science, information technology or a related field
    
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Government contracting where prior technical roles demonstrate a growth in duties and responsibilities
    
  • 5 years leading a team that included solution architects and solution developers
    
  • Experience with Agile development for both systems and software where DevSecOps was used in conjunction with the Risk Management Framework
    
  • The ability to consistently lead a team of technical professionals with effective stakeholder communication
    
  • Clearance: SECRET
    
    Preferred:
    
    • 
      
    • Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Analytics Professional, CISSP, CISM, ITIL v4, SAFe
      
    • Extensive experience with the Risk Management Framework
      
    • Experience using the SalesForce CRM tool
      
    • Customer relationships with the Intelligence Community, DHS, Department of State, Army, Air Force and Special Operations
