OverviewAIR is currently looking for an Applications Developer to join our Corporate Business Systems team.   • Own and drive the technical aspects of the customer journey by providing demonstrations, managing proof of concepts, and sharing best practices
  • Analyze, develop, and deliver into production collections of related business applications from start to finish that could include custom-built, low-code platform based, and commercial-off-the-shelf software components
  • Define, document, and manage the implementation of systems. Gather requirements, design, and user documentation
  • Employ analytical skills particularly pertaining to the use of qualitative and quantitative data
  • Collaborate on workflow and process analysis for key institutional initiatives
  • Prioritize service delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction by meeting/exceeding business needs
  • Limited project management, with a primary focus on work scheduling and trackingQualificationsEducation, Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
    • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business, or a related field
    • At least 5 years of relevant work experience in architecture experience
    • Strong work ethic, business acumen, flexibility, and ability to consistently meet established timelines
    • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Effective communicator continually demonstrating sensitivity to diversity, equity, and inclusion
    • Expert Microsoft Visual Studio, C#/.Net, ASP.Net programming and version control
    • Expert Microsoft SQL Server and SQL query development
    • Experience with data extraction, transformation, and loading and browser-based application development
    • Expertise in testing and DevOps
    • Expertise in-code and adjacent documentation
    • Preferred knowledge/skills but not required:
      • Experience working with ASP.Net Web APIs, SDKs, and data modeling
      • Experience developing applications in Azure and Oracle database development
