--- LEAD FULL STACK JAVA ENGINEERMajor Purpose:The position is a LEAD FULL STACK JAVA Engineer role with an emphasis on Back End & DevOps/Deployment Automation. Focusing on their complex solutions delivery for a Document Management Custom Application project(s) reports directly to the Engineering Manager. This individual is responsible for Will Lead (4) Developers & DevOps Engineers. Will need to be able to Mentor other Developers and be Hands On 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time they will be doing Code Reviews & Design. The LEAD Software Engineer will be responsible for developing high-quality solutions, which exceed the end users expectations around document management. Essential Job Functions:

• Full Stack LEAD Role with an emphasis on Back End & DevOps/Deployment Automation:
• *BACK END: Java/Spring Boot/AWS (ec2, s3, Lambda's ECS & EBS)
• *DevOps/Deployment Automation: Jenkins - Maven - Groovy Scripting - AWS CLI - Cloud Formation
• Front End (less important but still required): Angular v7 (v2+ works here; just not 1.x/JS) - JavaScript - HTML - CSS
  • Will Lead (4) Developers & DevOps Engineers. Will need to be able to Mentor other Developers
  • Hands On 50% of the time. The other 50% of the time they will be doing Code Reviews & Design

    • Angular v7 (v2+ works here; just not 1.x/JS)
    • Java/Spring Boot (they use all the Spring Suite)
    • RESTful APIs
    • SQL
    • AWS: (don't need all these but more than just s3 or ec2 & the Scripting ones for DevOps are important)
    • Lambda
    • ECS
    • EBS
    • "CLI" (AWS Scripting)
    • SNS
    • SQS
    • DevOps/Deployment Automation:
    • Groovy Scripting
    • AWS CLI
    • Cloud Formation
    • Jenkins (CI/CD Pipeline)
    • Maven
    • Unit Testing
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related engineering discipline or at least five (5) years of related technical experience
