Office facilitates the daily operations of the Source Directorate’s
business processes, procedures, training, communications and
strategy. SB’s mission is to ensure Source’s organizational and
operational effectiveness by providing timely delivery of corporate
business services, strategic planning and management to support all
corporate activities. SB’s functions include the following:
Managing Source daily operations. Managing Source Taskers Managing
human capital and financial management, business processes, and
procedures and advise Director/Deputy Director (D/DD) Source on
corporate business decisions Develop and maintain the skills and
expertise of the Source Directorate workforce through training and
tradecraft development. Provide future-focused direction and
prioritization of Agency resources aligned to capabilities and
services to achieve strategic objectives. Manage and guide Source’s
administrative and staff functions including taskers, IT
procurement, business continuity, policy, physical space, and
executive support. Provide business planning, change management and
communication expertise to enable Source to ensure the right
message gets to the right person in the right format. Support the
Government through strategic communications, collaborative
engagement and secretariat responsibilities. Actively engage with
the community members and partners as directed by the Government.
Support preparation of read-ahead material. Develop, prepare and
edit minutes, reports, communications products, presentations,
talking points and other communications products, as required,
which integrate a common functional management message. Your Duties
Support the Source level agreements manager responsible for
tasking, facilitating, coordinating and issue resolution in the
development and staffing of Source Inter-Agency agreements
utilizing the 7600-A agreement format and related processes.
Support the Source policy team in the tasking, coordination and
consolidation and delivery g of Source and NGA policies in review.
Perform daily tracking and management of internal and external
taskers. Prepare weekly tasker tracking reports for Source
Leadership. Review taskers submissions from Source groups, review
for quality and content in answering the questions and compile for
a Source level response. Prepare Staff packages for the Source
leadership in accordance to tasker guidelines. Generate and update
spreadsheets/SharePoint, track deliverables; ensure all appropriate
forms adhere to NGA/S guidance and policy. Employs effective
written and verbal communication skills to efficiently work with
individuals at all levels. Required Skills and Experience Top
Secret SCI (TS/SCI) Security Clearance US Citizenship Demonstrated
experience in Agency level takers systems. Demonstrated experience
with performing research, contributing to the preparation of
analytical reports, publications, graphics, and maintaining
hard/soft copy files. Demonstrated experience collaborating with
multiple organizations to address office and component level
requirements. Demonstrated experience with Excel to compile and
extract data from large spreadsheets. Demonstrated experience with
Adobe PDF software. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft
SharePoint.
