Our client, a Science and Technology Corporation located in Rockville, MD, is seeking a temporary-to-hire HR Manager to support their team! About You:7+ years of relevant HR experience; must have experience with government contracting.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems.Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.Collaborative and flexible with excellent oral/written communication, conflict resolution, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.The Job:Administer benefit programs.Handle employee relations, compliance, and out-processing/terminations.Oversee investigations and guide management in employee disciplinary meetings and terminations.Manage filing and the HRIS.Lead/support special projects and initiatives to attract, retain, and develop associates.This is a temporary-to-hire position that pays $35/hr-$52/hr when temporary and converts to a salary of $90K-$120K when made permanent.
