Adventist Healthcare is now hiring experienced Registered Nurses
(RN) to join our Behavioral Health team!
We are currently offering Flexible Staffing options with contracts
between 4 weeks and 24 weeks.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced Behavioral Health
RNs who are looking for schedule flexibility (hours and contract
length), premium hourly compensation, 1 primary location, and
more!
As a Behavioral Health, Registered Nurse you will
* Report directly to the Clinical Nurse Manager and independently
be responsible for the safe and effective delivery of
patient-centered care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary
team.
* Educate patients and family through the continuum of care while
striving to advance your own knowledge and skills.
* Demonstrate professionalism, adhere to ANA standards of practice,
and exemplify the Adventist HealthCare values as they fulfill our
nursing mission and vision.
* Utilize equipment and technology correctly and delegate
non-nursing duties appropriately to maximize efficiency and
effectiveness.
Qualifications include:
* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a minimum of an
Associate of Science degree required, Bachelor's Degree
preferred
* Valid Maryland RN license required
* Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required
* One year of current Behavioral Health, Registered Nurse
experience or related acute care experience

Work Schedule:
* Flexible hours and contract lengths
* Employees can take up to a 90 day break between contracts
* Premium hourly compensation
* 1 hospital location with the ability to cross-train across
multiple BH units
