Job Description:

The Human Resources Associate will provide People Solutions specific operational, analytical, technical, and/or project management support to HR Leadership across the department to supplement identified staffing needs within their respective teams. Based on criticality and established deadlines, the HR Associate will be assigned to such groups as: Diversity/Work-Life, Training and OD, Talent Acquisition, and Chief of Staff. Prioritization and coordination of assignments will be managed by the PS leadership.Essential Job Functions:

  • Assist the HR Department where needed and assigned to ensure successful completion of various initiatives, events, projects and programs.
  • Support the all People Solutions teams during peak workload and business needs .
  • Support and respond to basic employee inquiries on HR programs and policies as needed.
  • Assist with preparation and set-up of facilitated sessions conducted by the LTOD team. This includes logistical coordination, presentation materials, facility requirements, etc.
  • Provide project management support to all People Solutions teams on various initiatives and/or programs.
  • Assists Chief of Staff with FINRA's RTO efforts.
  • Assist the with general data management duties in collecting, entering and reconciling data provided by HR.
  • Provide back-up support to Chief of Staff in the preparation of standard monthly reporting and key metrics.
  • Assists all People Solutions teams with various research projects and/or special projects.---Education/Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree and two years' experience in Human Resources administration or project management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite required.
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
    • Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines required.
    • Knowledge of Workday system and Access database a plus.Working Conditions:
