Offering a portfolio with notable projects such as, Audi Bethesda, Aldi Inc., Jaguar Land Rover, and Amazon Fresh.DescriptionMy client is seeking a Superintendent with substantial experience in the construction industry, particularly in K-12 Projects.

• Manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and trades to maintain project schedules and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintaining detailed reports
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to address and resolve any issues promptly
• Uphold a culture of teamwork and excellence on the job siteProfile
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry
  • New Construction project experience in values of $10M+
  • Experience in K-12, community centres, jails, self storage, and ground up grocery stores
  • Proven track record of running jobs from cradle to grave
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Experience with interior projects
  • Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
  • Proficiency in PlanGrid, Ranken, and Bluebeam highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
