This role provides the opportunity to work flexibly in delivering high-quality, patient-focused physical therapy services across our various facilities. Evaluate patient’s condition and develop appropriate physical rehabilitation plans. Help patients improve their mobility, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. Restore, maintain, and promote overall fitness and health. Consult and work closely with other health care professionals regarding patient care plans. Provide guidance on techniques for prevention and management of physical health. Maintain patient records and document patient care services. Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, theories, and practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle a diverse caseload effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. CPR certification.
