We are seeking a dedicated CS (Central Sterile) Tech II to join our team in our state-of-the-art facilities. This role is pivotal in maintaining the sterility of our medical instruments and devices, ensuring our various departments function effectively and safely. The CS Tech II will have the responsibility of handling, sterilizing, and preparing the surgical instruments and medical equipment for all medical procedures. This role requires a keen attention to detail, understanding of sterilization processes, and a commitment to the health and safety protocols that define our patient-first approach. Operate and maintain all sterilization equipment, including autoclaves and sterilizers. Inspect, clean, and assemble surgical instruments and equipment. Keep accurate records of sterilization procedures, equipment maintenance, and inventory. Follow and ensure strict sterilization practices and compliance with health and safety guidelines. Coordinate with healthcare staff to ensure availability of required instruments and equipment. Participate in regular training and keep up-to-date with the latest sterilization processes and technologies. Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment Ability to follow strict protocols and detailed instructions Proficiency in the use of cleaning and sterilization equipment Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in Central Sterile Processing (CSPD) preferred.
