(Outpatient/Inpatient) Base Salary: Competitive range of
$550,000–$600,000 Position Overview A well-established,
community-based oncology practice in south-central Pennsylvania is
seeking a Hematologist/Oncologist to join its team. The practice
provides comprehensive cancer care—including on-site infusion
services, imaging, pharmacy, pathology, and access to clinical
trials—all within a collaborative, patient-focused environment. The
incoming physician will manage a balanced mix of hematology and
solid tumor cases, supported by experienced nurses, advanced
practice providers, and administrative staff. This role offers the
ability to practice high-quality, patient-centered oncology in a
region known for its rich history, affordable living, and proximity
to major metropolitan areas such as Baltimore, Washington D.C., and
