You’ll play a vital role in helping our patients maintain independence, comfort, and dignity while receiving quality care in a familiar environment. Responsibilities Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, etc.) Monitor and report changes in patient’s condition to the supervising nurse Support with light housekeeping and meal preparation as needed Ensure a safe and clean home environment Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families Follow the patient’s plan of care and document services provided Qualifications Certified or licensed Home Health Aide (HHA) in the state of Virginia Current CPR/First Aid certification Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred Compassionate, patient, and dependable attitude Strong communication and observation skills Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Vienna, VA Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Role We’re looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our growing team. The RN will deliver skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, ensuring high-quality clinical care and compliance with care plans. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed Educate patients and families on health management and post-care instructions Coordinate with physicians, therapists, and caregivers for seamless care delivery Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure compliance with home health regulations Qualifications Current RN license in the state of Virginia Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred) Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Physical & Occupational Therapist (PT / OT) - PAY PER DIEM Location: Vienna, VA Employment Type: Full-time / Part-time About the Role Cure Home Health is seeking skilled Physical and Occupational Therapists to help patients regain strength, independence, and confidence in their homes. You’ll work collaboratively with our nursing team to develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans. Responsibilities Evaluate patient mobility, physical function, and daily activity limitations Develop and implement customized therapy plans to improve strength, balance, and independence Provide hands-on therapeutic care and exercises Educate patients and caregivers on safe mobility and home exercise programs Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) or Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Virginia Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (home health experience preferred) Excellent communication, observation, and problem-solving skills Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Company Description Cure Home Health is a team of skilled professionals who never compromise on the quality of the service.
