performance Flexible schedule Overview We are seeking a Clinical
Manager to help us get ready for accreditation and to help grow the
company. The ideal candidate will have worked for several years as
a Clinical Manager for a home care or home health agency. This role
is crucial in ensuring that our agency runs smoothly, meets Joint
Commission standards for a skilled home care agency, and provides
high-quality patient care. The Clinical Manager will work closely
with medical staff, administrative personnel, and patients to
create an effective home care/home health organization. We operate
24/7. Therefore, availability at odd hours is necessary. Duties
Manage the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring compliance with
healthcare regulations and standards. Oversee staff management,
including hiring, training, orientation, scheduling, and
performance evaluations. Implement policies and procedures that
enhance operational efficiency and improve patient care. Ensure the
clinic meets Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare
Organizations (JCAHO) home care standards. Collaborate with medical
professionals to coordinate patient care and improve service
delivery. Address patient concerns and feedback to enhance
satisfaction and quality of service. Help maintain accurate records
and reports related to clinic operations, staffing, and patient
care. Experience Proven experience in home care/home health
management. Strong knowledge of Joint Commission standards for home
care is necessary. Experience with Wellsky as an EMR. Excellent
leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
effectively. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with
patients, staff, and stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and make
informed decisions that benefit agency operations. Qualifications
Required: Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland or a compact state.
Preferred: Licensed Practical Nurse in Maryland, Virginia or DC.
Preferred: Licensed Nurse Practitioner. Experience as a Clinical
Manager in a home care/home health environment.
