Job Description:

D.C.-Maryland-Virginia region, is looking for a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. Our mission
centers around providing patient-first health care services, from
routine check-ups to advanced surgeries, always focusing on the
highest standards of care. In this role, you will be tasked with
planning and administering medically prescribed physical therapy
treatment for patients suffering from injuries, or muscle, nerve,
joint, and bone diseases, to restore function, relieve pain, and
prevent disability. Review patient histories, perform assessments
and develop treatment plans. Implement physical therapy treatments
to meet patient needs and documented goals. Regularly reassess
clinical signs and symptoms to determine effectiveness of
treatment, progress of patient towards goals, and the need for
modifying goals and treatment. Communicate clearly and effectively
with patients, family members, and healthcare team members to
ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate patient records and
document patient status and treatment. Educate patients and their
families on post-treatment care and lifestyle changes. Proficient
in using physical therapy equipment and devices. Strong analytical
and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. Ability to manage multiple patient cases.
Valid state license to practice physical therapy. CPR and First Aid
certifications preferred.
